Industrial Automation, Maintenance & Repair

We increase the efficiency of production and measurement processes through automation. Sensor data can be easily collected and monitored on PCs. Our services also include equipment repair and maintenance.

What We Do

We design and implement control systems. We specialize in programming PLCs, HMI panels (Mitsubishi, Siemens), safety controllers (Keyence, SICK), industrial robot integration (FANUC), vision systems, and seamless data exchange between industrial automation and IT infrastructure.

We provide mechanical and electrical repair as well as equipment maintenance services, with a strong focus on industrial and laboratory equipment.

Scope of Services

  • Control sequence design and implementation.
  • Conducting simulations of control sequences and robot trajectories with cycle time analysis.
  • Selection, installation, and calibration of sensors, modules, and vision systems.
  • Programming: PLCs, HMIs, robots, vision systems, safety controllers, variable frequency drives (VFDs).

  • Setup and configuration of industrial communication protocols: Modbus (TCP / RTU), Profibus DP, Profinet, CC-Link.
  • Peripheral device integration via RS-232 / RS-485 and Ethernet (barcode readers, scales, label printers, profilometers).
  • Sensor data acquisition and visualization on PCs.
  • Automation of routine system tasks (Batch, PowerShell, Bash scripts) using task schedulers (Windows / Linux), e.g., periodic cleanup of defect images, measurement data archiving, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and repair of electrical control cabinets and actuator circuits, also using a thermal camera and an oscilloscope.

  • Replacement of worn mechanical components (e.g., bearings, belts, drives) and pneumatic components (e.g., actuators, pneumatic hoses, solenoid valves).

Implementing a new robotic cell or modernizing an existing production line involves significant responsibility and investment risk. Incorrect robot selection or underestimating cycle times can lead to costly downtime and reworks.

We help minimize risks right at the conceptual stage. Using professional software, we create virtual workstations that replicate real-world conditions as accurately as possible. This allows for verifying and optimizingthe entire process before purchasing any equipment.

Why Transfer Sensor Data to a PC?

Modern manufacturing processes rely heavily on quality control tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control). Conducting such analysis requires a reliable and extensive measurement database.

We help eliminate the tedious, time-consuming, and error-prone process of manually logging values from machine displays. We build custom PC software that automatically acquires sensor data and exports it into clear reports (e.g., MS Excel spreadsheets or databases).

How We Do It

  • Existing systems: We connect directly to the machine's PLC without modifying its main control logic (execution program), ensuring safe and uninterrupted machine operation.
  • Machines without a PLC: If a machine lacks a PLC, we build a custom Embedded device tailored to the required number of sensors and signal parameters, enabling direct data transmission to the PC application.
